No area of business is without its problems. In the 1980's it was popular to deny the existence of problems. Instead, there were "challenges" and "opportunities". Whatever they were called, they needed solving. This course shows how problem-solving techniques can be applied to four main types of business problems: technical, marketing, strategic and people problems.
