 This course deals with an essential element of team-building -- the formulation of a common set of shared team operational values that guide the functioning of a team in important areas. The course helps you understand why successful work teams need to establish a common mode of operation for everyone to follow. You learn how to develop ''Rules of the Road'' specific to the needs of your team and recognize the rules that help and hinder its progress. The hands-on experiences of several successful real-life teams are used to validate and illustrate the importance of forging shared team operational values.
