 Team leaders, project managers, supervisors, managers and team members with less than three years experience in a team role.

  • identify practices that help build teams.
  • identify practices that wreck teams.
  • identify the role of the coach or team manager.

  • recognize the value of identifying norms that contribute to or interfere with team success
  • identify a team's positive norms or habits
  • identify a team's negative norms or habits
  • discriminate between the roles of facilitator, timekeeper, and recorder who have to be included in every team meeting.
