Overview/Description
This course describes three symptoms of fragmentation that teams may display- Tunnel vision, Rejecting New Members and Team Isolation from Management and offers prescriptions for each symptom. It is important for teams to seek organizational integration; otherwise they will fragment. Learners can take two action steps- one; promote greater interaction with their coaches, and two; plan welcoming packages to integrate new members into their teams. The course emphasizes the importance of integrating customers into teams.

Target Audience
Team leaders, Project managers, supervisors, managers and team members with less than three years in a team role.
