Overview/Description
The team leader must learn to skillfully manage group discussion, problem solving, and decision making so that these activities yield good results that are supported by the whole team. In this course you will discover one of the key tools you will need as your team matures: facilitation skills. You will also learn how to correctly identify a problem, handle complex issues, and make informed and balanced decisions.

Target Audience
Team leaders, project managers, supervisors, and managers with less than 2 years experience in a team building role.
