Overview/Description
As a team leader, you face various obstacles in the life of your team. You are required to overcome these obstacles with competence and professionalism. In this course, you will learn how a team leader should deal with various team issues. These issues include selecting team members, monitoring and enhancing performance, and recognizing and regarding team members. The team leader acts as a mediator between the team and senior management, so you need to know how to approach management on behalf of the team. Once the team has matured, your role shifts to expanding the capabilities of the team.

Target Audience
Team leaders, project managers, supervisors and managers with less than two years experience in a team building role.
