Web Based Applicant Management Systems
Testing and Assessments
Web Based Applicant Management Systems
CRI's applicant management system is a customized solution that provides applicant screening, tracking, data management, and EEOC and OFCCP compliance reporting. The CRI system provides a complete application process online customized to seamlessly reflect the employer's current website. This system gives job seekers the opportunity complete the employer's application process online 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, allowing them to:
- Choose a job and location at which to apply
- Answer specific job related questions to determine qualifications
- Complete the employer's application and attach a resume
- Voluntarily provide data regarding race and gender for compliance reporting
- Provide information for background verification
- Complete testing and assessments for job fit
The CRI system ranks candidates by qualification reducing the time an employer spends to qualify the applicant pool. This system has dramatically increased applicant flow for employers while automatically screening job seekers in an effective and economical way while collecting and retaining data needed for EEOC reporting and OFCCP compliance.

Testing and Assessments
CRI provides accurate, job related aptitude and personality assessments for pre-employment selection as well as testing for performance improvement and employee development. CRI's pre-employment tests are behavioral based and have been validated and enjoy more than 40 years of continuous use in a business environment with no findings of adverse impact. In these 40 years of use, CRI's assessments have been reviewed by both the EEOC and the OFCCP in the course of their field audits of employers using our assessments to test applicants as part of their pre-employment selection process. The EEOC has stated that they find nothing discriminatory about the use of CRI’s assessments. After reviewing CRI's Reliability and Validity data, the OFCCP stated that CRI's assessments meet or exceed the OFCCP's requirements.
CRI's assessments are unique, copyrighted and only provided by CRI. They are not psychological tests which create legality concerns when used as general pre-employment selection tools. In fact, CRI assessments are not tests at all since they do not produce pass or fail scores. Rather, CRI’s aptitude and personality assessments are properly referred to as job fit assessments.
CRI’s premier assessment, the Achiever, was the first job fit assessment developed specifically for use in the business environment. The Achiever remains the leading job fit assessment for business use and provides both aptitude and personality testing in one behaviorally oriented assessment. Job fit assessments like The Achiever add much needed objectivity to the pre-employment selection process. Testing applicants with The Achiever provides concrete, job related feedback by comparing an individual's scores to the requirements for success in a specific job within each employer. Included behaviorally based interview questions offer additional avenues of exploration during an interview to better gage an applicant’s job fit. And, since it is not a psychological test and involves no pass/fail scoring, The Achiever is legal to use as a pre-employment selection tool.
The Achiever and CRI’s other assessments are delivered online with immediate availability of assessment results. With CRI’s assessment technology, losing the best candidate to another employer while waiting on results is not a concern.
